Board cancels under-19s tour of Pakistan

The tour of Pakistan by Sri Lanka Under-19s has been cancelled at the request of the Sri Lankan board after the tsunami disaster which ravaged the country on Boxing Day. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) fully understood the need to call the tour off.

The PCB had sent messages of sympathy expressing deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives caused by the devastating calamity that has claimed tens of thousands of lives. The tour will be rescheduled after mutual consultations for a later date.
