Central Districts don't call up a Thompson replacement

Central Districts have not called up another player to replace Ewen Thompson for their State Championship match with Northern Districts starting at Horton Park at Blenheim tomorrow.

Thompson broke his arm while batting in CD's first game of the season at Eden Park's Outer Oval last week.

The host Marlborough Association will be asked to provide a 12th man for the side.

The team is: Ben Smith (captain), David Kelly, Richard Scragg, Richard King, Jamie How, Campbell Furlong, Bevan Griggs, Andrew Schwass, Michael Mason, Brent Hefford, Lance Hamilton.
