ICC Cricket World Cup - practice and media conference arrangements for Saturday 14 April

The following are the arrangements for the remaining eight teams on 14 April

The following are the arrangements for the remaining eight teams on 14 April:
  • In Grenada, New Zealand and South Africa go head to head at Grenada National Stadium, St George's. Play is scheduled to start at 0930 and afterwards, there will be media conferences involving both captains and the man of the match.
  • Also in Grenada, Sri Lanka will hold a training session at Progress Park from 0900 hours and afterwards, captain Mahela Jayawardene will give a news conference.
  • Australia will be traveling to Grenada and so has opted not to train and has no plan to hold a media conference. For specific media enquiries, contact Australia media manager Philip Pope at +1 784 5939 134.
  • In Barbados, Bangladesh and Ireland will hold training sessions at Kensington Oval ahead of their 15 April game. Ireland will train between 0900 and 1200 hours. For specific media enquiries, contact Ireland media manager Barry Chambers at +1 876 823 0830. Bangladesh will train from 1200 hours and prior to that, vice captain Shahriar Nafees will give a news conference.
  • Also in Barbados, West Indies and England will hold training sessions. West Indies will practice between 0900 and 1030 hours at 3Ws Oval and afterwards a player will give a news conference.
