Indian Domestic: No play in two matches

Rain washed out the opening day's play in the Group C Ranji Trophy Super League match between Haryana and Uttar Pradesh at the Vishwarkarma college stadium in Rohtak on Saturday.

Umpires Sameer Bandekar and Avadhoot Gokhale inspected the ground between the scheduled lunch and tea intervals and finally called off play for the day.

Rain also washed out the first day's play in the Group A Ranji Trophy Super league match between Delhi and Rajasthan at the Ferozshah Kotla ground on Saturday.

Umpires BA Jamula and Suresh Shastri, both from Mumbai, inspected the ground four times during the day at 11.30 am, 2.30 pm, and 3.45 pm and finally called off play for the day.
