Pakistan: Preparations on for third Test

Karachi, Feb 29: Preparations are afoot by Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) for holding the third and final Test match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka here at National Stadium on March 12. Various match organising Sub-Committees have been reactivated to hold the Test match in a befitting manner, said a press release of the KCCA.

Season and daily tickets hopefully will be on sale through specified Branches of Habib Bank Limited from the 1st week of this month. The rates of tickets are: Hanif Mohammad and Miandad Enclosure Rs 800/- (season) and Rs 200 daily, Players enclosure - Rs 600 (season) and Rs 150/- daily, Citizen Enclosure Rs 400/- (season) and Rs 100 daily. There will be no season ticket for Ladies, general, boys and girls students. The daily ticket for ladies will be of Rs 100, General Rs 30/-, Boys & Girls students Rs 20/- per day.

Realising the inconvenience caused to prized ticket holders during the One-Day International, the KCCA has been separate entries. Miandad ticket holders will enter from Gate No.1 while players enclosure ticket holders will enter from Gate No.2.

Similarly Hanif Mohammad Enclosure ticket holders will have separate entry from Gate No.14 while Majid Khan enclosure ticket holders will enter from Gate No.13. The KCCA is working on special packages for families who buy season tickets, which will be announced on the day tickets, come in the market.
