Ranatunga, de Silva announced for Test squad

Arjuna Ranatunga and Aravinda de Silva have been recalled for the Test Series against Pakistan that begins at Rawalpindi on February 26. The decision to bring back the two veteran batsmen was taken at a meeting of the National Selectors of the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka (BCCSL) in Colombo today.

The 22 year old left arm spinner Rangana Herath has also been included in the Test squad. The three will replace Indika de Saram, Chamara Silva and Muthumudalige Pushpakumara who will fly home after the one day series which ends with the third and final match at Lahore on February 19.
