86b to DN Wyatt, straight to extra cover, and Wyatt-Hodge throws her head back in disappointment! Cutter on a length on middle and leg. Wyatt-Hodge backs away, trying to go inside-out but does not get the elevation she is after. Picks out Kelly to absolute perfection in the ring, and she walks off to a warm applause from those in SB colours and from those in the stands!. 120/3
90b to FG Kemp, make that four runs and two wickets in the set! Back of a length on leg stump and this delivery, like the previous one, skips off the surface. Kemp has designs to swipe this over cow corner but the extra pace means the ball goes through her long before she begins her swing. Leg stump flattened, and Schutt finishes her spell with a couple of wickets!. 124/4

16b to ME Bouchier, soft, soft dismissal, and Bouchier cannot make Birmingham pay! Floated up full outside off and this dips on the batter late. Seems to go on with the arm too and Bouchier, trying to access the leg side, gets a tame top edge. The ball spoons up to Lister at cover point, who makes no mistake and ensures that Voll is on the board at the first time of asking!. 20/1

98b to CL Tryon, the bails do come off this time, and Tryon has to depart! Zipped in full on middle and off. Tryon backs away, looking to go downtown. Gets nowhere close to the ball, though, and it breezes past her flailing blade to cannon into the stumps. The Phoenix keep plugging away!. 135/6
99b to MK Villiers, holes out to mid on! The Brave falling apart at the end! This is banged into the track outside off, daring Villiers to flat-bat it over the in-field. She tries it but does not quite succeed. A bit of a slice and Voll, running back from mid on, takes it smartly above her right shoulder. Arlott on a hat-trick!. 135/7

48b to L Wolvaardt, Wolvaardt bites the dust! This is fizzed through wonderfully, on a length on middle and off. Seems a little quicker than the previous few deliveries as well. Wolvaardt, knowing the square leg region is vacant, shapes for the sweep but the ball is through her much quicker than she anticipates. Swipes at fresh air and hears the rattle of the stumps soon after. Taylor is thrilled, and that could be a big moment in the game!. 68/2

95b to SFM Devine, catch it is the cry, and that is exactly what Perry does! Brave bowling from Baker, it must be said. Tosses this up on the stumps and Devine looks to go off side. She advances and perhaps gets too close to the ball, meaning she does not muster the requisite elevation. Arrows it straight to long off, and Devine departs after a scratchy knock!. 134/5

18b to G Voll, hot knife through butter, and the Phoenix are faltering early! Back of a length just outside off and this decks back in just a smidgen. Voll is deceived more by the pace off the surface, though. She is caught on the crease and then cannot get her bat down in time. The ball smashes into the top of off, and the Phoenix are in real strife now!. 22/3
97b to SL Kalis, pops it straight up, and taken at short fine leg! Kalis falls and with that, the chase probably does too! Off-pace on a full length outside off. Kalis shimmies across, trying the lap again. And even though she makes contact this time, the contact is not enough. No pace to work with and Corteen-Coleman snares the chance to extinguish the Phoenix's hopes!. 124/9
99b to HL Baker, stumps go splat again, and Bell, the leading wicket-taker in the Women's Hundred, finishes off the job in style! This is another change-up, bowled into the track on middle and off. The ball just does not arrive and Taylor plays several strokes in her head before failing with her actual attempt. Middle and off stump rattled, and the Brave have more wins in two games this year than they did in the entirety of last season!. 124/10

71b to EA Perry, Devine bags the big fish, and the time-out works a charm for the hosts! Shortish on middle and off. Perry thinks she can swipe this over cow corner but is cramped for room a little. Cannot generate the power she wants and toe-ends it towards Villiers at deep mid wicket, who races in off the fence and lunges forward to gobble up the chance. Potentially pivotal moment in this game!. 95/5
75b to A Lister, deceived by the lack of pace, and Devine has two! This is a brilliant slower ball. Seems like an off-cutter that pitches on a back of a length on middle and off. Lister does not pick it and swings at it wildly. Misses the ball completely, with the ball thundering into the stumps soon after. The Brave turning the screw again!. 98/6
20101620.802000
11b to EL Lamb, straight through Lamb, and Corteen-Coleman has a wicket off her first ball! Fired in on a fullish length on middle and off. Lamb looks for the sweep first up but plays all around it. Perhaps defeated by the slant into her too, and the ball thunders into the stumps to give the Brave the early breakthrough they would have been after!. 19/1
13b to M Kelly, two in the over for Corteen-Coleman, and Kelly bags a duck! Darted in very full, also following the batter outside leg. Kelly, having advanced, cannot quite access the ball because of the angle and in the end, the ball trickles off her boot into middle stump. Slightly unfortunate way to get bowled, but Corteen-Coleman will not mind it one bit!. 19/2

40b to AE Jones, taken by a leaping Sophie Devine, and Jones, after a bit of bluster, has to walk back! This is tossed up just outside off. Jones thinks she can pop this over mid off but does not get it as high as she would have wanted. That brings Devine into play and she times her jump to absolute perfection to hold on to the chance over her head. Not a shabby leap at all, and that has broken a threatening stand!. 59/4
1532211.463000
81b to EL Arlott, straight through Arlott, and Adams is on the board too! Tossed up on a length just outside off. Arlott is beaten in the flight and gets nowhere close to the pitch of the ball. Just a hint of turn and that is enough to take it past Arlott's swishing blade, with the ball pin-balling off the pads into middle stump. The Brave firmly in control now!. 101/7
