10.4 to MG Dighton, fullish outside off, big drive catches the edge and is caught brilliantly at backward point. Quiney dived a long way to his right to take a one hander. 35/1 10.6 to LR Butterworth, got him! Great nut first up after the rain delay, yorker on middle Butterworth can't get the bat down and it takes middle. Not exactly the delivery you want after sitting around for an hour. 35/2 14.1 to TD Paine, cuts him in half there, pitches just outside off, nips back, catches a slight edge, onto the pads and onto the top of leg, great nut. 46/3 34.4 to TR Birt, that's close to the best catch I've seen! Birt smashed it high and straight, Wade made up about 20 metres from long off to get there at full stretch on the dive, huge wicket!. 182/7

36.4 to B Geeves, full on off, big hit to deep mid wicket where McGain just stands to take the catch. 194/8

20.6 to DJ Marsh, brilliant piece of bowling. McGain sees Marsh advancing, so sends it through quicker and flatter outside off, beating the edge and giving Crossthwaite an easy stumping. 85/4 26.1 to GJ Bailey, completely beats Bailey in flight as he mistimes the slog high to mid on, easy catch but very well bowled. 108/5 33.2 to JJ Krejza, advances and yorkes him self, the arm ball goes on to take off, well bowled. 171/6 |
