and it's all over, Pakistan complete a comprehensive victory, a back of a length ball on off stump, Malinga leaves his bat hanging as he tries to defend off the back foot, gets an outside edge to first slip
Sri Lanka vs Pakistan, 4th ODI at Colombo, Aug 07 2009 - Ball by Ball Commentary
Pakistan finally bring their A-game in this series, and it gives them a handsome 146-run victory. Umar Akmal was the undoubted star, making a spectacular century after walking in with the team struggling at 130 for 4, that too in just his third game. Younis will also be really pleased with his half-century.
Sri Lanka threw in the towel after Kapugedera fell, thanks to that stunning outfield catch by Rana. Anjum took over and cleaned up the tail. Here's the presentation.
Sangakkara: "The problem was we gave them 320. I don't think complacency was the problem. We've got to make sure we bowl a lot better to our fields. Umar finished things off well. Tharanga has shown a lot of intent, nice to see him find his groove."
Unfortunately we've lost pictures of the presentation.
Umar Akmal is the Man of the Match.
Thanks for your company. We'll see you again on Sunday for the 5th ODI, at the same venue, same time. Till then, it's goodbye!

nearly catches the edge as he shapes to drive
just slides down the leg side and clips his pads
lands outside off and no turn, allows it to go through to the keeper
they're nine down, he sashays down the track to blast it out of the stadium but fails to read the flight or the turn, one of the easiest stumpings for Kamran
streaky, he lashes hard at a delivery spinning away from him, the outside edge beats the keeper and runs down to third man
timber! Rao bowls a lovely inswinger almost on the blockhole, Thushara is beaten for pace and the ball clips his pads and heads straight to the leg stump, difficult for any tail ender to pick
shuffles and works it away to the on side
picks it from outside off and hoicks him across the line and beats square leg
full and swinging away, he drives straight to mid-off
gets it to move away from the right hander and lands it on a full length, attempts a square drive and misses
keeps it full on middle and off, gets well forward and defends
SL have opted for the third Powerplay
gets forward and defends with a dead bat
hits his pads just outside the line of off stump, Afridi appeals
loops it outside off and beats the batsman
lands outside off and defends back to the bowler
stays back, waits for the turn and cuts to point
Pakistan edge closer to victory, Afridi lands it outside off and Bandara wasn't quite sure what to do with it, he gets a thick leading edge to first slip
