Dates announced for 2011 HKCA Annual General Meeting and Awards Night

The Hong Kong Cricket Association is pleased to announce that the 2011 HKCA Annual General Meeting and End of Season Awards Dinner will be held at Kowloon Cricket Club on 11 June 2011. The AGM will start promptly at 7PM and will be followed by the 2010-11 End of Season Awards Dinner.

The following documents pertaining to the 2011 Annual General Meeting are provided to members for download:

Minutes from the 2010 AGM, to be approved at the 2011 AGM, and copies of the Accounts for the year ending 31st December 2010, will be posted to members. Copies of these documents will also be available for collection at the 2011 AGM.

During the AGM, the President, Officers and Members of the Executive Committee for 2011-12 will be elected. Nominations for the following positions are now being called for:

Nominations forms must be signed by the proposer, the seconder and the nominee and must be submitted by mail or fax to the HKCA office and be received by no later than 7PM on 1st June 2011.

Members are reminded of the voting regulations at HKCA General Meetings. If any team captain is unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, his or her substitute must be nominated in writing to the HKCA office by no later than 7PM on 9th June 2011.
