Hampshire's new ground at West End will host some Second XI matches in 2000, as a preliminary to their main move to the new headquarters at the end of the season.
The team will play three four-day 2nd XI Championship matches, a 3-day friendly against MCC Young Cricketers, one Aon Risk limited overs match and a one-day friendly with the Army.
Hampshire's £16 million project partly financed by the National Lottery Fund is taking shape, with building works well advanced. Already the golf club section is flourishing as that part of the devolment nears completion.
