Sohail clashes with selector

KARACHI, Dec 9: Pakistan captain Aamir Sohail's tussle with the National selectors seems to be getting out of had as he again clashed with a selector at the Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday.

According to information made available, Salahuddin Ahmad wanted to discuss the playing lineup with Sohail and sent a message for the Pakistan captain to come over to finalize the side.

But the left-hander told the messenger that he was not free.

However, when Javed Miandad brought Sohail to Salahuddin, the selector refused to talk to him replying that he was busy.

Sohail, last week, attacked the national selection committee but later denied he criticised them. So far, no disciplinary action has been initiated against Sohail though the newsmen who covered that press conference have his statement recorded on audio cassette.
