Duleep, Lalith to New Delhi
Duleep Mendis and Lalith Kaluperuma have been invited to attend the
launching of the Invitation Cricket Academy in New Delhi on July 24.
This academy is run by the Radiant Sports Consultants, New Delhi.
In addition, they will be visiting the academy four times a year to
see the progress and development work as consultants.

S. Thomas' College, Mt. Lavinia beat St. Sebastian's College, Moratuwa
by three runs in their under-15 Division one inter-school cricket
match for the Horlicks Trophy played at Moratuwa.
Sebastians batting first were all out for 198 runs with Malinda
Fernando and Lasith Priyamal scoring 57 and 27 runs respectively. In
reply to St. Sebastian's score, Thomians made 201 runs. Buddhika
Amerasinghe claimed four wickets for the homesters.
In the same group earlier Sebastians beat Prince of Wales College,
Moratuwa and lost to Dharmaraja College, Kandy and Dharmapala
Vidyalaya, Pannipitiya.

Zahira College, Gampola, scored a 33 run win over Madina Central
College in their Sri Lanka Schools under 13 cricket tournament match
for the Horlicks trophy played at Zahira grounds, Gampola recently.
ZAHIRA COLLEGE 97 all out in 38.3 overs (M. N. M. Rizwan 21, Fazal
Ahamed 13, M. S. Asmi 5 for 14, M. N. Hassan 3 for 13)
MADINA CENTRAL COLLEGE 64 all out in 33.4 overs (M. K. M. Fazal 32,
Fazal Ahamed 3 for 11, M. Riyas 2 for 9, S. M. Thushara 2 for 9)

Moratu vidyalaya beat St. John's Panadura by 31 runs in their
inter-school under-15 Division two cricket match for the Horlicks
Trophy.
Vidyalians batting first scored 215 for 4 in their allotted fifty
overs. T. S. Kumara top-scored with 78 ably supported by W. V. D.
Mendis 39 and R. S. Fonseka 36.
St. John's in reply were 184 for 7 in their allotted fifty overs with
U. Jinasena unbeaten with 98. R. Danushka contributed 24 runs. R. S.
Fonseka was the most successful bowler with 2 for 18.
Moratu Vidyalaya 215/4 in 50 overs (T. S. Kumara 78, W. V. D. Mendis
39, R. S. Fonseka 36, N. Fernando 26).
St. John's 184 for 7 in 50 overs (Y. Jinasena 98 not out, R. Danushka
