Karachi, Aug 8: The Pakistan women's cricket team amassed 297 runs
against High Wycombe, Oxford the other day, according to a press
release of Pakistan Women's Cricket Control Association issued on
Tuesday.
Captain Shaiza Khan scored an unbeaten 77, Sharmeen Khan 48, while
Kiran Baloch 38 runs. Nazia Nazir, Sharmeen Khan and Sajida Shah got
three wickets each. The hosts were bowled out for 101 runs.
The Pakistan Women's cricket team will play a historic match against
the MCC on Aug 8 at Charter House, Guilford. This will be the first
international fixture for the MCC in the history of women's cricket
since the membership was opened for women in 1999 after 212 years.
Shaiza Khan, Sharmeen Khan and Kiran Balucch are already under
contract with MCC.
