9.25pm A comfortable win for Trent Rockets in the end. Spirit looked to be in it, but Rashid Khan kept coming at them with his 4 for 24. Imad Wasim and Luke Wood were also crucial with two wickets apiece.

Match Hero is Rashid Khan: "I'm quite happy with my performance. Most important for me today was challenging the right area. The maximum of deliveries were in the right spot today." [On bowling to the big-hitting Andre Russell] "I was happy to accept that challenge."

Alex Hales set Rockets up with that impressive 68 off 42 balls. For Spirit, Keaton Jennings and Matt Critchley showed promise but couldn't go on with it in the face of that Rockets attack, led by Rashid Khan.

From Matt, Chandan and me, thank you so much for joining us and we look forward to welcoming you next time.
