Rain a spoiler
By S M Jiffrey Abdeen
There was no play on the first day of the Horlicks Trophy Schools
Under 13 division one final between St. Peter's College,
Bambalapitiya and St. Anthony's College, Katugastota at Police
grounds, yesterday.
Heavy rain on the previous day made the ground conditions wet and
soggy. With more rain falling, it is very unlikely that play will be
possible on the second day. The match continues today at 945 a.m.
