Final squad named for ACC Trophy 2006
Hong Kong has named a squad of 16 players plus 3 officials for the ACC Trophy 2006 to be played in Malaysia from 12-26 August 2006.

The ACC Trophy 2006 will be held on 12-26 August 2006 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The competition will involve 17 teams divided into 4 groups with Hong Kong in group C. The Groups are:
Group A: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Malaysia
Group B: Oman, Maldives, Bahrain, Singapore
Group C: Kuwait, Nepal, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Myanmar
Group D: Qatar, Afghanistan, Iran and Thailand
Group B: Oman, Maldives, Bahrain, Singapore
Group C: Kuwait, Nepal, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Myanmar
Group D: Qatar, Afghanistan, Iran and Thailand
The following players and officials have been named in the Hong Kong squad to contest the ACC Trophy 2006 tournament:

15th August 2006 - Bhutan vs Hong Kong at RSC
17th August 2006 - Hong Kong vs Myanmar at STC
19th August 2006 - Nepal vs Hong Kong at Kilat
20th August 2006 - Kuwait vs Hong Kong at Bayumas
17th August 2006 - Hong Kong vs Myanmar at STC
19th August 2006 - Nepal vs Hong Kong at Kilat
20th August 2006 - Kuwait vs Hong Kong at Bayumas
Four quarter-final matches will be on 22 August while semi-finals will be played on 23 August. Two plate winners will emerge on 24 August and the final match will be on 26 August 2006.
