Hampshire, winners of both one-day trophies last year, have claimed a home tie against the outsiders, Glamorgan in the semifinals of YB40. Nottinghamshire have a home tie against Somerset at Trent Bridge.
Ties are due to be staged on Saturday, September 7 and Monday, September 9. The ECB is expected to announce the dates for each match on Tuesday.
Glamorgan's place in the semifinals was confirmed when they squeezed a four-wicket victory with seven balls remaining against Yorkshire, driven to victory by 84 from the South African Chris Cooke, to qualify as best runners-up.
They will have a tough task, however, away to Hampshire, winners of Group A, who secured their place with a 41-run win against Derbyshire.
In the other semifinal, Somerset confirmed their place in the last four with a 12-run win against Gloucestershire to win Group C while Nottinghamshire won Group A after outlasting Kent at Canterbury to win by five wickets with 10 balls to spare thanks to a stand of 107 in 22 overs between Alex Hales and Samit Patel.
