Hemang Badani will lead the India A team in the Kenstar tri-series involving Sri Lanka and Pakistan

Hemang Badani will lead the India A team in the Kenstar tri-series involving Sri Lanka and Pakistan. The team, was announced, in the presence of selectors, on Wednesday by the Board of Control for Cricket in India secretary S. K. Nair. Sandeep Patil will continue as the India A coach.
The tri-series is to be held in Kolkata from December 22 to 30. It will follow a single league format with each team playing the others twice and the top two teams will clash in the final. The teams will gather in Kolkata on December 20. The Indians will assemble after the completion of their Ranji Trophy matches from December 17-20. Nair also confirmed the participation of a foreign team in the Duleep Trophy. He told rediff.com that it will be either Bangladesh or Kenya.
He also said that the discussion on the contract issued with the players is over. He said, "We have sent them the copies of the contract and now they have to just get back to us. Everything is done from our side."
