Mark Waugh's counsel not to visit Pakistan

LAHORE, Jan 16: Australian cricketer Mark Waugh's counsel would not be coming to Pakistan to cross-examine batsman Saleem Malik.
PCB legal adviser Ali Sabtain Fazli said that during the inquiry commission's proceedings in Australia the Australian cricketer's counsel, Michael Shatin, had expressed a desire to question the Pakistani batsman and he was offered to come to Pakistan and assured cooperation.
The legal adviser said that he had received a telephonic message indicating inability of Mr Waugh's counsel to come to Pakistan.
