Bangladesh realistic about WC chances

Bangladesh were clear about their chances when they announced their final squad for the World Cup yesterday. "We don't think we have any hope of winning a match," their team manager, Tanvir Mazharul Islam, said.

He added that even Scotland, who lost to Bangladesh in the International Cricket Council Trophy semi-final in Kuala Lumpur in 1997, were now a stronger team. Bangladesh won the trophy by beating Kenya, who have also announced their squad of 15 for the tournament.
