Hong Kong Squad Named for ACC Under-15 Cup Elite Division

The Hong Kong Cricket Association Junior National Team Selectors announced a strong squad of 14 for the ACC U-15 Cup Elite Division to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 26th May to 8th June 2006.

For the first time, the competition will consist of two-day matches. The eight quarter-finalists of the ACC U-15 tournament played in UAE in April 2005 were eligible for this tournament.

The bottom two teams of this tournament will be demoted and they will participate only in the Plate Division of the subsequent year's U-15 Tournament. The Eight Team competing in this year's event include Afghanistan, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore and UAE.
