ZIMBABWE V. SOUTH AFRICA

The Zimbabwe Cricket Union has pleasure announcing that an agreement has been reached with United Cricket Board of South Africa and confirm that 2 Test matches will be played with South Africa in October / November 1999.

The first Test match will be played in Bloemfontein from 29 October to 2 November, whilst the second Test match will be played in Harare at Harare Sports Club from 11 to 15 November.

MINI-CRICKET COACHING COURSE FOR INSTRUCTORS

The International Cricket Council - Development Committee's representative responsible for Africa, Mr Hoosain Ayob is in the country to conduct a coaching course for instructors at Chogugudza Primary School in Dombashava, which is intended for all schools in the Chinamora area from 8 to 10 February. He will also conduct coaching for children on 11 February 1999 in Masvingo at ZRP, Zimuto Primary School.

This is complimentary to the Zimbabwe Cricket Union's Development Programme, which aims to spread the game to all parts of the country.
