Radio Bangladesh is likely to broadcast the Bangla commentary of all
the matches of the Wills International Cup, a senior BCB official said
yesterday.
Although the broadcasting rights of the knock-out tournament involving
nine Test-playing nations belong to the state-run electronic media of
India, Doordarshan, the senior BCB official, who opted to remain
anonymous, said that Radio Bangladesh, who have already applied to the
board for the permission to relay the matches, may be granted the
permission as the host country radio.
