Rohit climbs to top of T20I hundreds table

4- Number of centuries for Rohit Sharma in T20 internationals. Rohit became the first batsman to accumulate as many. Colin Munro, with three hundreds, is second on the list. No other batsman has more than two centuries. Rohit has three of those centuries in India, and incidentally, all of them have come in the T20I debuts of the respective venues - Dharamsala, Indore and Lucknow. Among Indian batsmen, the rest of them have a combined tally of three centuries in the format - two by KL Rahul and one by Suresh Raina.

6- Hundreds for Rohit in all T20s. Only four batsmen have more tons - Chris Gayle leads with 21, while Brendon McCullum, Luke Wright and Michael Klinger have seven each. Rohit's other two centuries, apart from his four international ones, have come in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy - India's domestic T20 competition - and the Indian Premier League.

19- Number of scores of 50 or more for Rohit in T20Is: the most among all batsmen. He edged past Virat Kohli, who has 18 such scores.

69- Sixes for Rohit in International matches in 2018 - the most by any batsman in a calendar year. He broke his own record of 65 sixes last year. This year, Rohit has hit 39 sixes in ODIs, 29 in T20Is and one in Tests.

1268- Runs between Rohit and Shikhar Dhawan in T20Is, which is the most by a pair. They went past David Warner and Shane Watson, who had 1154 runs between them. Dhawan also completed 1000 career runs during the course of their partnership.
