Barbados' most experienced batsman, Roland Holder, missed the majority of his team's matches at the recent Commonwealth Games because of a back injury.
But, the 30-old former national captain is now fully fit and set to play for Barbados in the Red Stripe Bowl which starts next Tuesday.
Holder sustained a prolapsed disc while fielding in Barbados' opening match against Bangladesh in Malaysia on September 10.
Since then, he has had intensive physical therapy and was put on an exercise programme and medication.
Having responded well, Holder is fit again and is raring to go again for Barbados.
