Ehsan Mani today took over as ICC President from Malcolm Gray at the ICC Annual Conference at Lord's Cricket Ground. In his first speech as President delivered at the ICC Cricket Business Forum, Mr Mani focused on the following issues:
1. The governance of world cricket and the need for unity amongst members
2. The development of cricket including a specific plan of action for Bangladesh
