Grand final held on Wednesday 4 April 2001 at the WACA Ground Perth.

Player of the Series
The player of the series was Wade Wingfield from the Kwa Zulu Natal
Dolphins. Votes were cast at the completion of each qualifying game by each
of the two central umpires. Votes were cast on a three, two and one basis.
Wingfield defeated Justin Langer by one vote and takes back to Natal $2 500
(Aust.) for winning the award.

Following the game a brief presentation ceremony was held. WACA President Mr
Brian Rakich presented the player of the series award and The Minister for
Tourism, The Hon Clive Brown MLA, presented the Champions Cup and $35 000 to
the Western Warriors and $12 5000 to Kwa Zulu Natal for being the runners
up.
